SHIPPING POLICY

We try our best to ship next day when possible. We use UPS as our shipping partner. If you need to use the USPS please make that note on the form. On orders that have to be make we will get them our asap.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We here at 2Rmules take pride in our customer care. We want every purchase made with us to be a pleasant experience. IF you are having a problem with one of our products do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to work our any and every problem you have
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your merchandise, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the full merchandise purchase amount (shipping costs are not refunded). Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the order was paid or credit will be given toward the purchase of a different item. The item must be returned in brand new condition, with all parts and accessories to ensure full merchandise credit. 2RMules guarantees any defects in workmanship or materials according to the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us via email before shipping if you are returning any products that have been used, as a restocking charge may apply.
If we have somehow sent you the wrong product then we will send the correct product and include a return label in the box.
